Administrative and Billing Team

Bobbie helps ensure all of Collaborative's billing is submitted, followed up on, and running smoothly. She also monitors client accounts and balances. Bobbie manages all incoming payments and issues monthly statements.

She spends her free time supporting her son at baseball games and watching movies with her family.

Brooklyn helps verify client’s insurance, make payments on their accounts and set up payment plans. She is here to support you with any questions you may have about billing.

In her free time, Brooklyn enjoys antiquing, grabbing a coffee with friends, spending time with her husband and going for a walk with her dog Koda Mae.

AJ offers administrative support to providers and clients. AJ seeks to provide each client with an empathetic and understanding experience. She knows that the first steps on the journey of self care requires a lot of courage. AJ is grateful for the opportunity to give clients a warm and welcoming experience as they start on this journey.

In her free time, AJ likes spending time with her animals, reading and traveling.

Sam knows that the decision to start therapy takes courage, Sam looks forward to being the first point of contact to get you started.

Jodi offers administrative and scheduling support to clients and providers.

In her free time, Jodi loves watching sunsets, working out, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dog Willow.

Jodell offers administrative and scheduling support to clients and providers. With her Bachelors degree in Human Services Jodell is committed to assisting in the first steps of improving the overall quality of life and seeks to provide each client with an empathetic experience.

In her free time, Jodell enjoys yoga, hiking and spending time with her husband Josh and dog Izzy.

Megan helps scheduling clients as well as credentialing providers so they are available to provide care.
